Inventory and Schedule of Condition

Our comprehensive reports, which are produced to a consistently high standard and cover everything from top to bottom, inside and out, are used as legal documents to help minimise the potential for disputes. 

Our reports include detailed descriptions, photographic evidence, smoke and carbon monoxide push button tests, meter readings and key log.

Cleaning, decorating and damage are the most common reasons for a deposit claim. This creates the need for an unbiased, accurately compiled report incorporating photographs, final meter readings and key log. Our reports are detailed and attribute liability, wear and tear and maintenance issues which can be used as evidence in the case of disputes. We can manage check out inspections even if the original inventory was carried out by a different property inventory company.
